All items are sold AS IS and sales are final.
However, there are times we might have shipped something that was incorrectly described. I must tell you that most glass is hand made and all glass will have flaws by the factory. I buy FIRST QUALITY items unless otherwise stated. These FIRST QUALITY items though have flaws are not defective and do not fall under "incorrectly described".
However, if you feel I have indeed "incorrectly described" an item, you may return that item at your expense to me using the same form of shipping I shipped it to you. I must be notified of the problem within 24 hours after receipt. Breakage or damaged in transit items do not fall within the category and a claim must be filed with the carrier. I will then either refund the purchased price of the item (only) or replace it with a good item once I have the original item back in my possession. If refunded, the original shipping charges will not be refunded nor the shipping of the item to me will be credited. If I send you a new replacement, the shipping back to you will be at no cost to you.
On one or two occasions, I have accidentally shipped the wrong item. That can happen especially at busy...peak times of the year. If this happens to you, I will reimburse you for your actual cost of shipping the item back to me and I will pay to have the correct item shipped to you.
PLEASE NOTE:
Each item shipped that is not a Numbered-Limited Edition item will have my initials on it in ball point ink or in pencil (both easily removed by either rubbing it or washing it with warm-soapy water). That initial will be covered over mostly with a clear label on it. That initial and label can not be removed if you return the item. No refund or exchange will be made if you have removed the label and my initials. On Numbered-Limited Edition items, the number on the piece will ID the item that it was indeed the one I shipped to you and no additional markings will be put on those items. |
